Terms of Use.

These terms explain the ground rules for using Ivudi and this website.

Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. Who we are

These Terms are between you and Vumoa LLC, the operator of the Ivudi teleprompter app and this website. You can contact us at contact@ivudi.com or Vumoa LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110-7845, United States. If you are a minor under applicable law, a parent or guardian must review these Terms with you where required.

2. Using Ivudi

Ivudi helps you prepare a script, read it while filming, and manage recordings on a supported device. You may use the app for lawful personal or professional creation. Do not misuse the app or website, interfere with their operation, or copy or redistribute their software or brand materials except where the law permits.

Features depend on your device, its permissions, available storage, operating system, and connected equipment. A particular microphone, remote, display, recording format or quality is not guaranteed unless we expressly identify it as supported.

3. Your content and responsibility

You keep the rights you have in the scripts and recordings you create. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission to film people, use music or other third-party material, and publish or share a recording. Choose a safe place to film and do not use Ivudi in a way that violates another person's rights or the law.

Ivudi's current script and recording workflow stores content on your device. Sharing a file through your phone sends it to the destination you choose. Keep your own backups of work you cannot afford to lose. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

4. Access, changes and availability

You can stop using Ivudi by uninstalling the app. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features for technical, security, legal or platform reasons. We aim to protect existing local content when updating the app, but device loss, storage failure, operating-system behavior and other events can affect availability.

Ivudi currently sells no paid subscription or in-app purchase. A development build may show a RevenueCat Test Store offer: its price is simulated and it cannot charge real money. If paid features are introduced, the actual store price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and restoration information will be shown before purchase, and these Terms will be updated as needed. Your existing scripts and recordings will remain accessible if a future paid membership expires.

5. Ownership and feedback

The Ivudi name, app design, software and website materials belong to Vumoa LLC or its licensors. You retain your own content. If you send ideas or feedback, we may use the non-confidential parts to improve Ivudi without taking ownership of your scripts or recordings.

6. Service limits and consumer rights

We work to make Ivudi reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device. To the extent allowed by law, the app and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Apps obtained through a store are also subject to that store's applicable terms. For Apple devices, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a valid custom agreement replaces it.

7. Changes and contact

We will update the date on this page when these Terms change and provide additional notice where required. Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@ivudi.com.

Ivudi is in development. These Terms will be reviewed against the final signed app and store requirements before public release.
