HERE TO HELP

Support, without the guesswork.

Quick answers for getting a script on screen, making a take, and keeping control of your content.

Is Ivudi available in the app stores?

Ivudi is still in development for iPhone and Android. We will add official store links here after the release is ready. For release questions, email contact@ivudi.com.

Can I buy Ivudi Pro now?

No. Ivudi does not sell a subscription or in-app purchase yet. Some development builds show a RevenueCat Test Store offer for testing. Its displayed price is simulated, and a test purchase does not charge real money. We will show actual store terms before any future paid release.

How do I restore a test purchase?

In a development build with membership testing enabled, open Settings, choose Ivudi Pro, then use Restore Purchases. This checks the test entitlement; it does not create a new charge. If it does not appear or the result seems wrong, email contact@ivudi.com with your device and build details. Do not send payment information.

Do I need more than a phone?

No. You can write or paste a script, set your reading pace, record with your phone, then review and share a saved take.

Can I use it with a physical teleprompter?

Ivudi includes mirrored text, which can help with a prompter setup. Fit and controls vary by equipment; specific hardware compatibility has not been certified yet.

Which script files can I import?

The current app supports plain text (.txt) import. You can also write or paste text directly. PDF, Word and cloud document import are not currently available.

Where are my scripts and recordings kept?

They remain on your device unless you choose to share them. Ivudi's current app has no account or cloud sync. Your phone's own backup settings may affect whether app data is included in a device backup. Read our privacy information for details.

How do I share a take?

Open a saved recording, review it, then use your phone's share options to send or save it where you choose.

How do I report a problem?

Email contact@ivudi.com with your phone model, operating system, and the steps that led to the issue. You do not need to send your script or video to describe a problem.
