Who operates Ivudi
Ivudi is operated by Vumoa LLC. This policy covers the Ivudi mobile app and this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@ivudi.com or write to Vumoa LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110-7845, United States.
Scripts and recordings
The current Ivudi mobile app stores the scripts you create or import and the takes you record on your device. Ivudi does not currently offer an account, cloud script storage, or cross-device sync. When you use your phone's share options, the content you choose goes to the destination you select.
Your device's own backup settings may include app content. Android app backup is disabled in the current build; iOS device backups may include app data according to your device settings.
Camera and microphone
Ivudi requests camera and microphone access to record video on your device. You can manage those permissions in your phone's settings.
Optional crash diagnostics
Crash reporting is off by default. In a production build, if you turn on “Share crash reports” in Ivudi Settings, Firebase Crashlytics may receive technical information such as crash traces, device and app details, and installation identifiers. We use this information to diagnose faults. Your script text and recorded video are not intentionally sent as crash reports.
You can turn crash sharing off in Ivudi Settings. On Android, the change takes full effect after the next app launch. Google's Firebase privacy and security information describes the data Crashlytics processes and its retention practices.
Purchase testing and membership
Development builds may connect to RevenueCat's Test Store to load simulated offers and check Ivudi Pro access. Test purchases do not charge real money. When configured, RevenueCat assigns an anonymous app user ID and processes the offer, transaction and entitlement information needed for these tests. This integration does not send your script text, recorded audio or video to RevenueCat. Production checkout is currently disabled; Ivudi does not sell a subscription today.
If paid features launch, Apple or Google will handle checkout and RevenueCat will process purchase history and subscription status to manage and restore access. We will update this policy and the app-store disclosures before real sales. RevenueCat's app privacy guidance explains its purchase-data processing.
This website and email
This website has no account, contact form, advertising script, or product analytics. The hosting service may process technical connection information needed to deliver and protect the site. If you email contact@ivudi.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include, and use it to respond and handle your request. Please do not send a script or recording unless you choose to.
Your choices
- Manage or delete local scripts and takes inside the app.
- Change camera and microphone permissions in your phone's settings.
- Turn optional crash sharing on or off in Ivudi Settings.
- Ask us about purchase-test information or other privacy questions at contact@ivudi.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information we process, and to withdraw consent for optional crash diagnostics. Because scripts and takes remain on your device, Vumoa LLC cannot retrieve those files for you. Contact us to make a request about information you have sent by email, optional diagnostics or purchase testing. We may need information to verify and locate the relevant record.
Changes
As Ivudi develops, its features and data practices may change. We will update this page and its date when they do.
Ivudi is in development. This page describes the current builds and will be reviewed again before a public app release.
